Introducing the innovative "Fly on the Wall" approach, a powerful tool designed to assess the integration of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) within the organization. This program focuses on evaluating existing policies and procedures, staff-to-staff communication, and interactions between staff and clients.


Meet Jill Bower, Founder

Jill has worked in both the medical and social work fields for over 12 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from OSU Cascades and is working on her MBA in Organizational Leadership at OSU. Jill formed Bower Operational Management to work with businesses to analyze, develop, implement, foster, and support positive change in their organizations. She has a passion for helping organizations that are struggling with turnover and resilience.
