Why Create Bower Operational Management?

Jill formed Bower Operational Management to work with businesses to analyze, develop, implement, foster, and support positive change in their organizations.

She specializes in Trauma Informed Care training and is currently working on her MBA in Organizational Leadership. Jill uses analysis, development, and change to help organizations with employees, training, policies, and procedures. She has helped organizations plan for growth and implement change to adapt to the changing business landscape.

Jill teaches with an interactive approach and loves to have class members participate in their learning whether it is in person or virtual.

Jill loves to hike, spend time with her family, camp, and is continually seeking new learning opportunities!

Jill’s Experience

Jill worked in both the medical and social work fields for over 12 years, and in that time, has learned about trauma and the human response. From the Emergency Room, to Child Advocacy, Jill enjoyed helping organizations reach their full potential with staff, leadership, volunteers, and clients.

While at CASA of Central Oregon, Jill was able to work at every level in the organization from intern to Operations Director. In that time, Jill helped the organization grow, develop, and change into a larger organization. She used Trauma Informed Care to work with staff, community stakeholders, volunteers, and clients which helped CASA serve the communities most vulnerable population in a compassionate and caring way.  She increased volunteer satisfaction, and helped navigate the ever changing Covid landscape and work flows.

Jill also worked with the Redmond Senior Center to analyze and develop a process to re-open following the closure due to the Covid pandemic. While at West Bend Family Medicine, Jill was able to improve staff morale, retention, and training in order to increase patient care and satisfaction. She has improved the processes, procedures, and functions of WBFM so that they can work more efficiently.
