Jill has worked in both the medical and social work fields for over 12 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from OSU Cascades and is working on her MBA in Organizational Leadership at OSU. Jill formed Bower Operational Management to work with businesses to analyze, develop, implement, foster, and support positive change in their organizations.
